Well, this month appears to be a bust.  Tomorrow’s the last day or the month and no referrals from the CCAA are in site.  From what people have been piecing together, the agencies don’t know when to expect referrals, and some have said it could be weeks.  They also said that the reason why referrals have not been mailed this month is that the CCAA is having “internal  issues.”  Whatever that means, given that the CCAA has appeared to have “internal issues” since the beginning of 2006.

Now it could very well be that referrals get mailed this week and they come in early November instead of late October.  But no one really knows.  The only thing that we know so far is that no referrals will be made during the month of October.
